Low Season (1st Feb - 9th Feb) Long Weekends

Flat rate : $280 per night (min 2 nights.)                                                                  

$310 per night (min 3 nights.)                                      
Weekly rates : $1750 (min 7 nights)  

Cup day weekend : $310 per night (min 4 nights.)

Special weekly rate : $1395 (7 nights.Stay must commence Mon - Friday.) Easter : $350 per night (min 4 nights.) 
High Season : 10th of Dec - 30th of Jan
Flat rate : $350 per night (min  7 nights.)

*Prices are inclusive of linen being supplied 

** All rates attract a cleaning surcharge of $80 per booking **

Check in times : 2pm  Check out times : 10am.
 
2 night off peak weekend bookings have late check outs at 3pm on Sundays.
